Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By approving the Scope of Work (SOW), the client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions governing all services offered by Team Wezealor.
These Terms apply to all ongoing and future projects, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Service Responsibilities

  • Team Wezealor will provide services as described in the approved Scope of Work (SOW).

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, bank issues, or client delays).

  • Clients are expected to cooperate promptly in unforeseen situations or project disruptions.

  • Clients must provide all required materials, passwords, access credentials, and proprietary information necessary for project execution.

  • Clients must notify us of any business, product, or project-related changes that may impact ongoing work.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in their advertising accounts to ensure uninterrupted campaign delivery.

Deliverables & Revisions

  • Deliverables will strictly follow the Scope of Work (SOW) agreed upon.

  • Clients are entitled to revisions only as explicitly mentioned in the SOW.

  • Additional work or revisions outside the defined scope will be treated as new work and billed separately.

  • If the client does not review or respond within 7 days of delivery, the project or deliverables will be considered auto-approved and closed.

Project Lifecycle & Termination

  • Wezealor reserves the right to terminate or close the project in case of persistent delays, lack of response, or uncooperative behavior from the client.

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • In the event of early termination, Wezealor may delete or revoke access to any digital assets created during the project.

  • Either party may terminate the project with 7 days’ written notice or email notice in case of a major breach (e.g., non-payment or violation of terms).

Payments & Pricing

  • All projects are prepaid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt and must be cleared before work begins.

  • For monthly retainers, payment must be made on or before the commencement date of each month (mentioned in the Scope Of Work).

  • Late payments beyond 7 days may attract additional charges or service suspension.

  • Once a project is initiated, the pricing is non-negotiable.

  • All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided due to the customized nature of services.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their ad account has sufficient funds for campaign budgets.

Working Days & Communication

  • Our official working days are Monday to Saturday.

  • Team coordination is available from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. IST .

  • Any anticipated delay from our end will be proactively communicated with a revised timeline.

  • All official communication must occur through authorized channels: Email, project management tools, social media messengers, or scheduled calls.

  • Meetings must be pre-scheduled with the assigned project manager [POC].

Use of Third-Party Tools & Licenses

  • Team Wezealor may use third-party tools, software, and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.) to execute projects.

  • Clients are responsible for purchasing or providing access to any required premium tools, themes, graphics, or licenses necessary for their project.

  • Wezealor will not be held liable for any service disruption or change caused by third-party tools or platform updates.

    • Work samples and results on our portfolio, social media, or website

  • Sensitive or confidential information can be excluded from public use if requested by the client in writing.

Security & Legal Responsibility

  • Internet-based services carry inherent risks. While Wezealor follows strict data security practices, we cannot guarantee complete data security.

  • Team Wezealor is not liable for cyberattacks, account hacks, or data breaches that occur on the client’s digital assets, platforms, or ad accounts.

  • As Wezealor only manages marketing activities, the ownership and overall control of accounts remain with the client.

  • Wezealor is not responsible for any reputational, business, or platform-related damages arising from published content after approval.

  • We are not liable for any changes, damages, or performance issues that occur after project completion or final delivery.

  • Any post-delivery support or modification will be treated as a new task and may attract additional charges.

  • Both/All parties agree to keep all proprietary, strategic, and business information confidential.

  • Information may not be disclosed to any third party unless required for project delivery or mandated by law.

  • The total liability of Wezealor shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
