Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms:
Invoices are due upon receipt, with full payment required before final delivery of the project. Late payments may incur a fee.
Communication Channels:
All official communication with clients must be conducted through designated channels such as email, project management tools, various social media & messenger apps or scheduled calls.
Portfolio and Social Media:
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and on our social media channels.
Intellectual Property Protection:
All work produced is protected under intellectual property laws and is transferred to the client upon full payment.
No Refunds and Returns:
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or returns once the project has commenced.
No Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for delivered services or digital products, as each project is customized to client specifications.
Deliverables Beyond SOW:
Deliverables will strictly adhere to the Scope of Work (SOW) outlined in the project agreement. No additional revisions or works will be provided beyond the project completion.
Work/Company Timings:
Our standard working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
Communication of Delays:
Any anticipated delays will be promptly communicated to the client along with a revised timeline.
Cooperation in Unfortunate Instances:
We expect full cooperation from clients in case of any unforeseen circumstances affecting the project.
No Guaranteed Results:
Results and metrics are estimated and not guaranteed due to the dynamic nature of digital platforms.
Post-Completion Liability:
Wezealor is not liable for any issues arising after the project completion and final delivery.
Fraud/Scam Safety:
We implement strict measures to protect against fraud and scams, and clients are also required to ensure no fraudulent activities or scams are conducted from their end.
Client Updates:
Clients must inform us promptly of any changes or updates related to the project, whether direct or indirect.
Policy Updates:
Wezealor holds the complete rights to update company policies and project terms on the webpage and in the document. Clients will be notified of any updates applicable to them during their tenure.
Policy Agreement:
By approving the Scope of Work, you agree to the Company Policies mentioned in this page.
Project Termination:
Wezealor reserves the right to close or terminate the project in case of delays, lack of proper response, or disturbances from the client side without any refund.
Revision Policy:
Clients are entitled to revisions or deliverables only as specified in the SOW. No additional revisions will be provided during the project and beyond the project completion.
Pricing Policy:
Clients cannot negotiate the price once the project is initiated.
Project Confirmation:
Clients must check, confirm, and close the project within 7 days after the submission. After 7 days, the project will be deemed approved and finalized.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients agree to provide all required materials, access, etc., to Wezealor in order to deliver the project effectively.
Additional Purchases:
Clients are responsible for purchasing additional properties/materials such as themes, tools, graphics, etc., if required for the project.
